Before using the Oleap mobile application ("Service") operated by VOICEAI SDN. BHD. ("we" or "our"), please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "EULA") carefully. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Oleap may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases, including transcription minute packages. On iOS and iPadOS apps distributed through the Apple App Store, digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled according to Apple's rules and your Apple ID account settings.
PayPal may be used only for purchases made outside the iOS App Store app or on supported non-iOS distribution channels. For purchases made through PayPal, payment will be charged to the PayPal account or payment method selected at checkout. If a recurring PayPal subscription is offered, it will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
One-time purchases, such as transcription minute packages, are charged once and do not automatically renew. Purchased benefits are provided according to the product details shown in the app before purchase.
VOICEAI SDN. BHD. reserves the right to modify subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. VOICEAI SDN. BHD. will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes to allow you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised subscription fee. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, subscription price changes are handled by Apple and take effect according to App Store rules and any user consent requirements that may apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or payment provider used for your purchase. If you purchased through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. If you purchased through PayPal, you can manage recurring payments in your PayPal account or contact us for assistance.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the refund policy of the relevant platform or payment provider, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. For purchases made directly through Oleap or through PayPal, if you purchased an annual membership or transcription minutes but have not used or activated them, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request assistance for a direct or PayPal purchase, please contact our customer support team at info@oleapai.com and provide your order details. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VOICEAI SDN. BHD. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VOICEAI SDN. BHD.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
